- Order and transaction information — the stores you shop from, the items you order, quantities, delivery preferences and order history.
- Location information — with your permission, your approximate location is used to show certified organic stores in your neighbourhood and to schedule deliveries.
- Device information — a push notification token and basic device details so we can keep you updated on orders, approvals and promotions.
- Store partner information — store name, address, description, photos and inventory you submit when you onboard a store.
How we use your information
- To provide and improve the UrbanEden marketplace — matching customers with nearby certified organic stores, processing orders and powering your store dashboard.
- To communicate with you — order confirmations, status updates, push notifications, and responses to your requests.
- To ensure safety and trust — verifying store listings, resolving disputes, and enforcing our policies.
- To personalise your experience — remembering your favourites and showing relevant stores and offers.
How we share information
- We share order and delivery details with the store partner fulfilling your order so they can prepare and deliver it.
- We may share information with service providers who help operate the platform — such as hosting, payment processing and delivery services — under strict data-processing agreements.
- We do not sell your personal information. We only disclose it where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the platform.
Security and data retention
- We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission and access controls.
- We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes.
